Wonderful Experience...!!

Excellent ship. Nice size with about 2100 guests and 900 crew. Excellent service, few to no lines anywhere, very few kids as the ship is geared for adults. Excellent public spaces, excellent food, good entertainment and smooth sailing.

Overall my wife and I agreed overall cruise was excellent. The Entertainment really really made the cruise. The Sea Shakers, and Diego Bartolini - the one man band — were so exceptionally good and enjoyable night after night. Blazing Boots was great (hated Kinky Boots on a prior cruise).

Best getaway destination with family

After completing the requested post-cruise survey and providing my comments the last page informs me that such responses are not monitored. So I will have to repeat it here assuming that this page is monitored. Our pre-arranged transfer from Seward to the airport at Anchorage, 125 miles away, was for some reason canceled without notification to me. It was only upon inquiry the evening before disembarkation that I was informed of the cancellation.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made 31 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 31 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

It is advisable to consume alcoholic beverages on-board responsibly.
